Easy steps to changing halogen bulb on EX35 to xenon?

Hey guys,

I'm new here and I just got my 2010 EX35 (journey pkg). I was really upset when I found out that the EX doesn't come stock with Xenons. It is Infiniti's only car/suv that does not come with Xenons(I don't understand why). I love the car but cannot get over the crappy halogens.... Can anyone here guide me on changing these halogens out?

The EX should have a projector type headlight even though it is not HID you can use a aftermarket HID kit that just replaces the oem halogen bulbs. These kits are basic plug and play and a easy mod.

Cool thanks, I'll check it out... now I'm sure some of you have replaced your lights. Do they burn out quicker or do you have any problems since you changed the lights out?

No. Most of the lower brand kits are rebadged either at the factory (usually taiwan or china) or are shipped to a middleman (in the US) where the rebadging occurs. DDM Tuning brought this to light lol. Anyway Jim Powells kits are pretty decent for the price (ddmtuning.com).

Unless you want high end kits then I would suggest going with DDMs stuff.

+1 to this. I have bought a number of DDM products, My HID fogs (3k) i had on my sentra were bright as hell and never gave me problems. I also bought eagle eye tail lights for my 05 bmw and they were bright as heck! I would recommend them. I will be buying a 5k kit hi/low myself on the 14th
