Eagle One Never Dull Wadding Metal Polish Review

My exhaust tips were starting to look crusty with carbon build up on the chrome tips so decided to pick up some metal polish and clean them up. Went to Walmart and bought this stuff called Never Dull Wadding Polish for metal by Eagle One.

Overall I'm really impressed with this stuff. I tried some others like Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish, Meguiar's, etc etc. To me they all work the same. This Never Dull stuff is a little different as the metal polish is soaked into the fluffy wadding stuff. So all you do it rip a piece off and start buffing. The wadding helps remove stubborn spots better. The can is pretty big too all you need is a little piece. I paid $4 for the can so overall not bad. My exhaust tips looks great! :good::smile (2):

This is the same exact stuff I used on my tips last year and they came out perfect. Looking awesome Aaron! This product is the best for it! :good:

Only downside to this cleanup is that within a week the tips will get all dirty again, but next time will be easier to get off, even sometimes during just washing.

Dude, did you polish the inside of the tips? You do know it'll go black as soon as you drive it right :-)

I clean the inside and outside of my pipes too. It's quick and lasts quite a while.

Yeah, but have you sniffed your tips lately, Aaron?

i usually just use some 0000 steel wool at each wash. Might be time to try some polish.

No fair, you guys in the states always have the better products on the shelf. i can never find anything here to clean tips

We have a similar product here Andrew, check out Crappy Tire, they have that polish on the wadding, I've used it for at least 30 years.

Really? every time i go to canadian tire( there once a week) they got nothing in the automotive section. I think it varies on location. In the city, canadian tires have different products then the ones outside of town. any chance you got the name brand of they stuff you can get a canadian tire?

I'll find out for you.
Andrew, this is it, I checked Crappy tire's site: http://www.nevrdull.com/
It's called Never Dull Magic Wadding Polish. They have made it for at least 40 years.

How far up in the pipe do you go? (not a personal question BTW)

Fist deep, it's a far as your hand can reach. Don't get your hand stuck or you'll fall into the ER funny books.

I've had a can of this stuff for a while. Each time I've used it, I've put it back on my shelf and grabbed a different chrome polish to finish up. I'll give it another try with more dedicated optimism. I have noticed that it leaves more of an oily residue than other products. I think this makes the metal surface "feel" softer.

Lololol. :bulgy-eyes:

Eagle One Never Dull is pretty good stuff to use. On pipes that have been coated with soot and carbon for a long time, it will not work as well. It's a great product if used often and early enough before build gets thicker.

Just enter a couple of inches , but be gentle.
