Nothing as in no power, disc won't play, no picture?

Also is it a factory DVD player or aftermarket (headrest or dash mount)
 
its the dash mount, and I don't think anything is wrong with the power or any mechanical issue. I just personally don't know how to make it work lol. When i bought my FX it didn't come with the manual
 
Well if it's dash mount then it's aftermarket (or is it something along the lines of NAVTV where you watch right off the OEM nav screen?
 
The oem Nav does not play DVDs. It's only for nav purposes. Unless you have NAVTV
 
I most likely a button to toggle to rear factory DVD. Do you have one?
 
The place under the passenger seat that contains the navigation DVD also says DVD but it's not meant for a DVD to be played. They prob put that bc the navigation is still a dvd disc
