Anybody know an easy way to get rid of the nasty dust shield scraping noise against the rotors when your turning? What's the Real cause?

Just stick flat head screwdriver between the backside of the rotor and dust shield, bend the dust shield back away from the rotor.
The dust shield weaken by rust or some road debris hit just at the right angle causing it to bent into the rotor is my guess
