DTRL on the right does not light up when on "Auto"

Hi Guys,

The right DTRL of my 2007 FX35 AWD does not light up when I put it on "Auto" . But if i put on manully both DTRL light up.
If the fuse burned shouldn't both be off? I am so confused. Everything else seem to work. PS mine is Canadian car.

Please help!

No, I don't think its the fuse.
Just change the bad bulb and you should be okay.
I believe Canadian models have a dual stage lighting for DRLs... so either the first or second stage is probably burnt out on the right side.
If it was the fuse, both sides would be off on all stages.
 
FXradar I think you are right. I took a closer look today and found out the DTRLs light up differently when on "Auto" and on manul. Is there instructions of how to change DTRL bulb?

ahh crap. how do you know which wire is for which stage? need to know how to wire up my AE to it :S If im not mistakened there was a positive neg and a ground.

hmm.... not sure on that one. I assume you'll probably have to do some testing..
The brighter stage comes on when the headlight is off.... then goes dimmer when the headlights are on.
