Anyone done it? Anything worth stopping by? I'll be doing to road trip in about 2 weeks. I'm going straight there but on the way back I have some time to spare. Anything worth a stop at?

Any speed traps to know about?

Ive done it couple times but it was a non stop .... Was a 70-80 mile cruise most of the time ....
Took me about 13 hr i believe

Have fun

I did a NY to TX a year ago. We stopped for the night in GA. I managed to avoid tickets. On some stretch of the highway I did 100mph.

I found MI had most concentration of highway cruisers.

Going there will be non stop for sure. Google says 13 hours.

I've done Chicago to Detroit about 30 times. Averaging 70 and peaking up to 100 in MI. But we are taking i-80 or something and never went down that road. Guess maybe nothing to see or great place to stop and get a bite to eat.

I did my 3 round trips within a month
Lol for business issues so i was on clock....

Oh yea i remember for the last trip i stop by at a casino in ohio or something hahahah

13 sounds right if you don't hit traffic. I do NJ to Indy in about 11.

The Pocono area is a nice stop. Mount Airy Casino, Outlet stores, Yuengling brewery are all close off Route 80.

Also Lewisburg, PA a little further west. I can recommend a lunch spot and you can cruise through Bucknell University, my Alma Mater. :)

Ive driven from CT to FL a few times and non stop it took me 21 hrs. There is always something worth stopping to see and take pics of.

I drove to NYC with my BIL a few years ago. My recollection, I-80 is the most boring road.

Just came back from the trip.

10.5 hours going there. 13 to come back.

Ohio turnpike is a nice road to drive on. PA was a lot of fun going but coming back the conditions killed it. Fog and middle of night made driving fast out of the question.

Good little drive for my G sedan.

We opted to start the drives at night to avoid traffic. So didn't see much.
