Drivers door seal loose

OK, done a lot of searching but no joy. There is a tab, part of the door seal on the drivers door, kind of in line with where the window/body meet. This tab continually comes unfastened and is getting a bit annoying. Can anyone help please with how to refasten this so it will stay. Looks like the pin that pushes into the door is worn but I've been unable to find replacement or a fix.

Mine did that in my last 2nd Gen. It's the pin that is bad. Get the Dealer to replace it, they did mine , no charge of course.
They should repair it free , you have a 2012.
 
Only problem I have is that the dealer is almost 100 miles south, so a 200 mile round trip. Is this a DIY if I can get them to send me the pin?
 
Yes , you can do it. I have the same issues with the closest Dealer, I'm about the same distance from my Dealer.
 
Can anyone please tell me what the part number is for these "pins". Very Much appreciated!
