Driver side window is very scratchy!

I'm just giving you a worse case scenario, hopefully it's something much much less worrisome :) If the grease on the window is not coming off easily, you can use GooGone to get it off.

that almost looks like the residue left from a window tint being pulled off improperly and the glue was just left over on it. Is it somewhat sticky?

It's a bit sticky, and the whole window is like that, not smooth at all, I never tint it since I have this car since 2010

That is weird, especially since your whole window is like that .... unless someone poured some sticky bluish substance in your window, I don't see anything else in the door or parts that could do that. The only thing I know can take any sticky stuff off glass is goo gone, you don't want to use anything abrasive or you risk scratching the glass permanently

Any low grade window wax will do this kind of damage? Cause it feels more like wax than glue

Worse come to worst, if I need a full glass replacement, any idea how much will it be?

If it's a surface contaminant then a razor blade and cleaner will do the trick. If it's a defect in the glass, then a replacement is needed.

I really don't think it's surface contaminant since the whole glass is like that, defected glass should be a better guess
