Driver Seat issue ; seems to want to rotate

Hi, Has anyone had this issue when the back and forth switch seems to want to rotate the seat?
I just noticed that this morning all of sudden. weird. it won't go back and forth.
thought something might be stuck in there, checked around the seating support frame and can't see anything wrong really.

Any ideas?
 
i have the same issue. Will cost a fortune to replace. Turns out there are four motors that control the seat. One goes and all 4 have to be replaced. So i was told.
I haven't fixed mine yet. It doesn't affect my driving. saving the money for more important needs
 
yes this happened to me right after i got my car....TT
searched here on the forum and got the replacement from
the link above ... works wonders... easy to DIY!!!!
cost was i believe like 80 for the plastic gear.....
but much better than the dealer replacement of i believe the
whole track for like 800/ or was it 1200.... damn stealerships!!
