It is an OEM grill that has been painted black. The emblem is removeable to keep chrome when painting, if that is what you are asking.

Thanks! These are uncut (straight from the box) H&Rs. I bought them used from another member who had them on a 45.

Like Zebra said. I found my set on this GTR forum: http://www.nagtroc.org/forums/index.php?app=uportal. They usually have a couple sets up for sale with varying prices. Patience is key for a good deal.
