Doorlock Actuator rear left

Hello,

now my doorlock actuator on the rear left side needs replacing but i'm from Holland and finding Infiniti parts are not that easy around here. Especially for the early FX-models because they were never officially sold here.

So my question is, does the Nissan Murano uses the same part? If i'm looking for some pictures they do look the same.

Hey Scott, what I usually do is search for the part number at parts.infinitiusa.com or infinitipartsusa.com, then google the part nr. and see if this part is used by Nissan on other models

Hey, i tried that. Infiniti part nr. is 82501-CZ70A but the Nissan number is different. Only the 82501 part is the same and they look the same

Have you looked for both on e-bay for a second hand one? Just to see if it fits?

Ebay has some remanufactured ones like the one below, but not sure if they ship internationally.

All the door lock actuators failed when I had my FX. Didn't want to spend the money on OEM units so I went with an aftermarket kit like the one below. Installation was pretty straightforward and if the aftermarket actuator ever fails it is super cheap to replace.

A little update on the situation. I bought a used Nissan Murano actuator just to see if it fits and the actuator does fit and also works only the doorpanel will not fit anymore. The 2 cables that will open the door from the inside are to short. So it works but doesn’t fit.

Luckily i found a used Infiniti part so everything works again.
