Door Panel Cubbie Piece

I really have no idea the technical term for this piece, but in the 03 FX there is this piece on the door that can extend out and go back in, I typically keep my wallet in it, but it recently broke off, Ill have to upload a picture. I am just wondering is there a way to replace this piece without replacing the entire door panel?

I was trying to find just the flap at the bottom. It may be better to get the whole side door panel!

You'll need the whole panel. Dont bother. Mine broke & I fixed it with a screw on each side. Doesnt open anymore, but it's the good quick fix

This says 2003-2008, was there not a change in 2006? I feel like it's missing the seat memory buttons as well.
