DIY Rear Control Arm Remove/Install?

Rear lower forward control arm is bent and I need to replace in order to get aligned. Question is there a DIY somewhere, seems pretty straightforward?
 
I bent mine also, and wanted to do it myself, but my Dad said he'd rather I take it to the dealership. All I can say it, do it yourself if you can. The costs are so ridiculous. It should be easy, just have to let out the spring and remove it to remove the rest.

Yeah, kinda what I got, wanted to make sure there is nothing missed that I should be doing. I already ordered the part, probably do it next week.
 
In the write-up, they are also replacing the lateral and radius arm. They are only like $50 each, so I just ignored it and assumed they saw something I didn't.
