diy ambiance lighting?

I think that the TSer is looking for ambient lighting a la BMW and copied by other manufacturers. Which to my knowledge no one has done here (although I might be wrong).

i am looking for ambient lighting in g37 or other 09+ infiniti. My loaner was g37 sedan and had the white led ambient lighting and i was wondering if i am able to achieve such in my 04 fx35.

It is possible. I think you'll be one of the first if not the first FXer to do it (if you choose to). It's probably a pretty simple mod, just requires some time and a little wiring.

This is the man when it comes to these things. If he saids it's easy then I believe as such. I think it can be integrated nicely since we have so much space (that are hard plastic parts) overhead.

i think 5mm LED or 2x 5mm leds would be the best for this mod, but they have to give like a point light. I mean leds with low angle light (25 degrees )
