Diffrent frames trailet hitch

First of all sorry for miss spelling. Im swedish:)
I have a 2003 FX45 and have mounted a Trailer hitch to my car that did not have that from the factory.
Now to get it in to the swe regulations I need to get papers from Nissan on what the maximum load that the car is build for.
The problem is that Nissan says that my car dont have a trailer fram and therfore its not OK to mount a Hitch.
But all the hoels for all bolts is in the frame so i think that sounds kind of strange.
Is there differnt frams on the one that have a trailer hitch and the one that dont?
Annybody know?
 
I've never heard of different frames for our cars. The Nissan response as you wrote it does not make sense to me. Maybe Nissan misunderstood your inquiry?
Can you just find and show your Swedish Department standard tow rating allowances for your year and model? I think the tow capacity is 3500 lbs.
 
Yes he did. He was refering to the frame of the hitch and not the car.
So 1588 kg he could get me papers on for 150$ but I can get 1500 kg for free as a default in Sweden.
To bad that my caravan weights 1690
