I Ilya Member Apr 4, 2011 #2 The main differences (sorry for this late reply - figured better late than never) between the 06-07 and 08-10 is the following: 06-07 M's did not come with a compact flash slot on the radio...08+ did. The interior lighting on the 06-07 is Orange. On the 08+ it's blue. The 08+ got a facelift and buttlift. lol. Slightly different bumpers on both ends. The 06-07 M45 did not come in AWD. The 08+ M45 had an option for AWD. On the 06-07 M, you could not get AWD and the sport package. On the 08+, you can (I believe). Otherwise, these cars are pretty much the same.
