lol - okay I have learned my lesson - do not buy the $4.99 bulbs from ebay ;P
I know I know they are getting the lamps flooded, the seal is as cheap as the bulb.
Which brand should I consider? It has to be long lasting, with decent piece of rubber to avoid moisture leaks and still on the budget lol
