DDM Tuning 9006 HID

I have had two sets over the past few years, just tossed out my second set and finally replaced with Morimotos.

One bulb went out on first set after a few months, and I had ignition issues on the second set - one bulb would illuminate, the other would not until I flicked them off and back on a second time.

I know many others have had good experiences with DDM but I will never buy their products again.

You still haven't bought head lights? What are you looking for? A perfect set that everyone says good things about and last for ever. Might as well just do a google search and get the whole internets views on lights you should get

Get the morimoto's and call it a day. I don't get what your so worried about when everyone on this forum practically has them.

I bought a cheap hid fog light kit and haven't had any issues. I have a local hid shop that only deals with lights. I didn't want to pay for ths morimoto kit and i'm glad i didn't. But if you don't mind paying extra i would see if they would give you a package deal since you want to buy both

DDM bulbs aren't great, but they have a good warranty and it's no questions asked. That makes up for the lack of quality control in initial shipment. If you get a good set, they'll last for a long time. If you get a bad set, well they'll replace them and the 2nd set should be fine.

If you get Morimoto's, they'll have done more inspection before initial shipment so the chances of getting a bad set are much smaller. But if something does go wrong, TRS has a few more hoops to deal with. Both companies bulbs are made in China, both just buy containers of bulbs from China. Neither really makes anything, they go to trade shows and negotiate contracts. Note that most aftermarket light products -bulbs, angel eyes, led's - all look very similar but in different packaging.
