Anyone know how to remove the dash speakers and top dashboard?

stick one of those plastic trim removal tool or use a small flat head screw driver and pry on the between the dash and the edge of the speaker screen to remove the speaker screen, then loosen two mounting screws to remove the speaker.

thank you . Do you know how to remove the top dash pad? or do I have to remove the whole thing?
The dash is one big piece. You have to replace the whole dash.

Are you just replacing the speakers or your entire dash? Speaker grills pop out as mentioned already.
If you want to replace your entire dash, I'd PM member payyourtoll, he's the only one I can recall who replaced his by himself recently.
