dash speaker rattle on a 2009 FX35

hello all, I'm noticing my front dash speakers rattling at certain frequencies. I'ts not rattles from the bass, but just rattling at certain frequencies.

I'm think the surround foam are probably wearing out. is there a easy, non damaging way too remove the speakers and the dash grille ?

That’s too new for speaker problems...does it stay outside in sunny CA?

I have the same issue in my 09 fx 35 - not many songs but if it's the right volume and the right frequency (looking at you Drake) I do experience exactly what Rodeo described
