Dash is Cracking - FX 2009

So is the dealer doing anything for you? With the first gens, some dealers would replace the dash under a goodwill policy. This was before they extended the warranty on them.
 
No. Being out of warranty they won't do nothing. Extended only covers mechanical problems. Only option is complain to Infiniti consumers affairs.
 
hire a lawyer! i gave up on infiniti affairs, if i needed something to be done they gave a lousy excuse or plain ignored me. Once i heared an attorney everything got done and quick
