D-boy fx 35

Hey guys im having a problem with my fx my idle is high in the morning its at 2000 and it runs kinda rough oh and on gas its killing me lol ...it doesn't have no check engine light on ...can u guys help me out here
 
Have you perform any routine maintenance such as oil change, air filter, spark plugs, PCV valves...
 
Yes i did oil change and spark plugs ..i sound like its sucking air but i cant find were .i sprayed starting fluid but nothing......the check engine is not on but
I plugged in the scanner and it shows tht the voltage of the map sensors is 3.2 but i changed them and nothing
