I have a Coil misfiring on cylinder 2. I searched and came up with nothing. I know I have seen a layout with numbers somewhere. Which cylinder is number 2

thanks

I don't know about the 1st gen FX, but on my G35 the wire attached to each coil has a label on it showing which cylinder is which. Makes it easier not to confuse the wires up when plugging them back into the coils.

Hmm. Didn't notice that when I changed plugs. I'll check. (I was not looking for numbers)

Ok I can see 1 on the front cylinder on the passenger side. Would # 2 be behind it or across from it on the driver side :-). I have to remove intake etc to see the other side. Would rather not do that if I don't need to

I know I posted the diagram of this on here before. Let me do some searching.

No thread, but found the pic on PB. Better start removing that intake. :at-wits-end:

Thanks. That's an awesome illustration. Just finished the coil swap. Running much better :-). Took about 30 minutes. Sure wish it had been cylinder #1

That diagram is also in the owners manual: http://www. /forum/threads/370-M45-Spark-Plug-Swap
