Custom grill process w/ lots of pics

I know this is an old post, but I just came across it while I was looking for an alternative grille. I was trying to stay away from what everyone else has. It looks awesome. How long did it take you to complete the entire process?
 
I don't think he's on the forums anymore. He sold the car a while back. But this would probably be a weekend project since it involves fiberglass and filler all of which takes time to dry.
 
I would say this could take a week of solid work. He did sell the grille. I remember seeing it for sale on the Org a long time ago.
