Just a guess, but anything that fits the G35? As long as the width between the bolt holes is close, it will work. On my old car, I used a custom tie down for a Civic on my Maxima. But it's covered anyways in our cars, have you relocated the battery?

No....did not relocate it just simpel story of taking the little details somewhat to far :D
But they aren't too expensive so know what to ask for christmas.
If the diameter is close we could probably tweek it a little. Thing is that all These suppliers don't mention any specs. So You have to have some on hand to try.
Maybe a great task for my buddies at the machine shop

Yes found that one as well ed and like it also. On their website they have a complete list of all nissans and infiniti's it will fit on but no Z's......G's......or FX's

You can make it work. I had it on my QX4.

I just had to go to the auto store and buy new length battery tie downs the things on the side that hold the tie down, down if that makes sense.

I used the same optima battery in the fx so I don't see why it wouldn't work with little modifications.

I never ended up trying though and left it on my qx4.

So did you fit it still and can confirm the stillen will fit ed...?? Is the spacing also that 8 inch that zebra messured on his FX...??

I would think that it would work since there is some play in the factory battery tie downs. They hook in from the bottom and as long as the new tie down is close in size, the bolts should go right through the hole. It's not threaded to the tie down, there are bolts on tops. So even if the width is slightly off, the tie downs would just sit at a slight angle which would be unnoticable. I've used battery tie bars for Hondas on Nissans before.

The only time I worried about this part at all was when removing my battery, which I've done a total of once.. And it is under a cover already.. Can't say I'm alarmed at a lack of offerings for this part..

Like i said: it is just simpel story of taking the little details somewhat to far :D

Lot of modding going on at the scene here ;-) it is all about the details
