CRICKET noise come after change engine oil

my car has some noise which constant ticking noise.

I changed engine oil today.
after that, ticking noise come from the engine bay.
When pressing the gas , makes a sound , Also this happens in all gears, including "N" and "p".
pressing the gas , sounds coming. it's a constant tick.
more pressing the gas , the sound more fast.

any advice???
injectors?? fuel damper?? timing chain belt ???

friend made some dent under cover.
Is it possible? The noise coming from there??

I've heard of ticking sounds emanating from poor quality oil filters. Which filter did you install.

Don't let that friend touch your car with a jack ever again. Just to be safe, don't let him or her touch your car at all.

I changed several times same oil and same filter by mechanic . but It doesnt come.
actually, it's my first time what I changed enging oil and filter by myself.

i always get a lil ticking on idle after an oil change but it goes away like the next day . ive also had a knock similar to yours when i put a no named brand gasoline in my car . always put named brand stuff n surpreme only . i recommend shells, chevron, and bp n thats about it .

so, shoud I have to use it which he used one??
