Cost of FX before T&L?

2009 FX35 AWD, with premium, navigation, deluxe touring, roof rail cross bars, cargo organizer and splash guards. Bought new in February 2009 for $3000 under invoice ($3000 was the dealer incentive at the time) - $45,448 plus a $99 dealer fee. MSRP was $53,010, invoice was $48,448.
 
2011 fx35 premium pck with mud guards sticker around $48000 bought for $38838 vpp price and then some lol! bought jan14. This is in Houston though

Bought 09 FX50S with 5600 miles on it in March 2010 for US$48,000. It was equipted with everything except trailer hitch! Window sticker lists MSRP of $64,160.
 
'10 FX35 White with Tech Package only. Got it in August 2010. Got supplier pricing since I work for Johnson Controls. That gives me invoice pricing. I got another qualified $4,000 rebate which brought the total to just under $42K.
