convert nav screen to play dvd?

Im sure this is on the forum somewhere but i couldn't find it. My 03 FX 45 has the Technology Package so i have a rear dvd player with screen and just wanted to know if theres something i can do to make the front nav screen play at the same time the rear screen is playing?
