Cold air intake for 09 FX35 & Exhaust

Has anyone installed any cold air intake kit or exhaust system for the 09 FX35?

If so, what are your impressions and/or recommendations. Is it worth it? Does the speed gain make it worth it?

What brand and model did you install? How much did it cost?

What other performance parts did you put in the car?

I came in here thinking some one has develope set of CAI and exhaust for the 09 :(

sadly none as far as i know made specifiaclly for the 09 fx35 or fx50.

you can always custom fit g35 parts.

Thanks for replying... I'd rather wait for something developed specifically for my car. Are you considering custom fitting G35 parts in yours?
 
i look into custom fitting a flowmaster muffler, but the labour cost is way too much to justifield doing just a muffler.... so currently i'm waiting for second gen fx parts to appear too.
 
We bought our FX last August and I was surprised to find notta, zero, zip in the way of aftermarket equipment and toys. Here it is almost a year later and there still isn't too much available. I thought the shock tower bars would be a quick fix but still no luck. I'm sure the aftermarket will happen I guess it's just taking some time.Bill
 
it's still a ittle early for such a car that didnt even have that many mods available fo the first generation. patience!
 
The reason there aren't many mods is because Infiniti is not a brand in Japan. The 350Z and G35 are sold, but the G35 is a Nissan model. Most mods for the current FX come from the 350Z anyway, and were adapted to the FX.

Some mods like air intake and exhaust will fit new 35, which comes from G37...for sure
