Climate Seat Filter Replacement?

Hi guys,

My climate-controlled seats are getting a little weaker and louder (2015, 25K). Since it's at the dealer for normal maintenance, I asked them to look into the seats as well (in addition to the driver seat having a wobble, which they are telling me is normal, ha). They said it's operating at spec and sounds normal. I asked about the filters, and they said they don't need replacing. However, searching around I see others referencing the maintenance manual and that these should be replaced every 2 years. I don't see that. What is your experience? Does anybody have a copy of the maintenance manual that references these filters?

Thanks!

Pull them out and clean if dirty. Checked mine at 80K, looked brand new.

Pull the front seats as far forward as they will go and reach under the seat, middle about 8” from rear of seat. Filters are round, I think you twist counter clockwise. Material is white, wash or vacuum if they are dirty...little bastards are almost $100 a pair.

Will do myself, thanks. The dealer said they are operating at spec so they wouldn't touch them, but I think the heating and cooling is weaker and they're louder than when new.
More concerning, my front seat has the slight wobble/jiggle when taking off or coming to a stop, and the dealer said they couldn't replicate it (BS, I feel it every time) so they aren't fixing it.
Steering wheel had a slight squeak to it and turns out the clock spring (?) behind it was going bad, so that was replaced.

Look up "seat rails" and see what you get... More of an issue in 1st Gens but I guess the 2nd Gens are getting old enough that they're starting to be affected as well...
