Clicking Noise

if its coming from the rear, then its ur axles that need greasing, if its from the fronts might br ur sway bar bushings

The rear of mine started clicking on deceleration and acceleration also when switching from reverse and forward only after I changed my brake pads. Thought it was the brackets which I did replace. Replaced them again still made the noise. Replaced the brakes and hardware again. Noise still there. Scratching my head. Thinking it could be axles but why after changing pads and not before?

you might of left a nut or bolt loose, try to move things around tires on the ground. The exact problems you just described are clearly axle related unless your muffler flange nut might of came loose or broke

Also the op hasn't clarifies yet where the sound is coming from front or rear. Also while shifting from drive to reverse and vice versa.

Yours is probably the axles. Grease those bitches. Not sure why it would happen after the pads. Maybe coincidence, maybe you just noticed it then?

The cliking noises that I had came from the REAR every time I accelerated after a full stop. Reason was bad engine's mounts so everything pushed back and forth. I replaced those and tramission mount all noises are gone. Just my experience....... GL..
