I have a 2005 fx35 and all of a sudden my cigarette lighter in front and the middle compartment dont work.Any ideas on what should i do? Is it a fuse or soemthing? I checked in the search but came up with nothing.

apparently its a common issue but not sure if anyone solved why. Its not suppose to be used as a charging device but simply as a cigarette lighter.

do yu think if i change the socket out and put a new one would it work?
Check if you have voltage at the lighter connection.
