Chedman13's Custom Body Kit

Getting some great reviews Ed! It truely was a monster project. The pics look good, makes a huge difference once it was out of the depths of my lab. We spent so much time together, Kinda miss her a bit now that she's gone, lol... When the crew came over for a first look, I kept walking around wiping fingerprints off. So HOT couldn't keep my hands off :smile (2): Glad your happy brotha, I gave it everthing I had.

BTW the Chicago meets thing? Everytime I hear about you gus hanging out and installing stuff, sharing meals, holding hands and singing campfire songs and shit I die a little inside from jealousy :tears:.....Oh while I am on this track if I see another picture

LMFAO Lance, looking forward to meeting ya next month Baller hustle!

Nice project Ed! Looks great and I get your of not adding the side skirt for that little raked look like the srt8. With or without the side skirt I think it look cool but once the 24's are installed it should look even better!

Looks great Ed! Any plans to paint the lower side skirts?

Nope! It looks too "clean" painted. Don't get me wrong, it looks great -- but going for the OEM look. I like the black plastic actually.

Anyone notice the diamond graphite painted rails and gloss black rails?

Thanks. The amount of work to put the sides on and it also forces me to paint all the trim -- not really worth the effort either.

As I mentioned above, it was a combination of extra effort and trying to stay OEM.

I'm guessing a lot of non-FXers might think my FX body is stock. Joe did a great job making the textured black piece match the OEM trim on the front bumper.

Hahaha, what the roof rails had some work done on them too? I should have took some better pics of the roof rails & the Stillen STB. Oh well, the front end got my full attention.

Ed - What is the distance from the bottom of the new bumper/Valance to a level surface? Will it change with your new W/T's?

No plans to mass produce this thing, it's pretty much fully custom -- Joe can attest to that.

Lance - 7.5 inches in the front, 7 inches "back" of the front bumper, the lowest part. It goes from higher to lower.

Zero issues with driveways, pot holes, inclines, declines, etc... I still take driveways at an angle.

New tires will be taller by .75 inches, so more clearance.

Perfect. Looks so aggressive and low I was wrongly assuming you were gritting your teeth passing over speedbumps and pulling up to curbs.
