Wow your fx looks so sick, love it. Did you have to roll the fenders? It doesn't rub at all even with people in the car or going over bumps?

Thanks. Yes, Slamming45 rolled my rear fenders. Front's don't really need rolling, you rub plastic and nothing to cut the tire.

I have an extreme offset (10" wide on +20 offset), so extended an extra 45mm from stock (8" wide on +40 offset). With a 3/4" gap from tire to fender and with full passengers, no rub over bumps.

I have 12kg front with 10mm pre-load and 10kg rear with 0 pre-load (can't pre-load rear).

Andy said when he test drove that going around really fast (like 50 mph or more) over railroad tracks he got a little rub, but I've experienced no rub at all.

Looks awesome! How's the ride with those skinny tires?

I like your neighbors old cars haha.

The best I can describe is comparing to other cars. It feels like a 1997 Corvette with Run-flats. Completely solid ride and the handling is night/day difference.

Ed, your ride is awesome looking. Those are very good pics. Great shots. The more I drive your 45 the more I like the more it like it :smile (2):

Ok, I must confess. I spent 3 hours this morning on this thread. This man is crazy. Yeah, Ed is crazy! I feel so intimate with this beast. Everything is documented! Thanks Ed for great details in document all the mods on your 2003 FX45. Great job Ed, great job :top:

"The more I drive your 45 the more I like the more it like it ". I still can't believe I'm now the new owner of this fully modded 2003 FX45!

I am crazy. Not only is all the documentation here, but also with my receipts and paperwork.

You probably already figured out I was crazy from my box of stuff I gave you. I do have to say you probably have more spare parts and parts than what you know what to do with than Zebra now=)

Don't forget to check out the window shades, great for parking outside and keeping your inside cool since it has the side windows too. Custom made for the FX.

The HP/Torque gain is awesome from the FX35, just not how fast it drinks gas!

:hahaha: I was about to say. The custom sun shade is awesome. I put it up this morning. Just the windshield though. Too lazy to do the windows.
Talk about the receives/invoices/work orders. My wife flip through them and said what else Ed didn't give you.
Talk about what's in those boxes, I gave after going through the biggest box, I consolidated into two smaller boxes and tuck it up on the top shelf in the garage for now.

HP/Torque gain is awesome from the 35. :top:

Wow, I remember looking through your thread like two years for hours too, Ed. I kept looking at the Titans over and over. Who knew two years later Andrew would have your car and I would have my own 45 too. Does Andrew get the bull bar too? :hahaha::.rofl:
