Changing Fluids Help

This weekend I am attempting the tranny, transfer cases, and differential. I ve ordered most of the fluids through my buddy at the shop. For the differential gear oil does it matter if its synthetic or not? The brand is quaker.

any help would be appreciated.

If you're going in there, why not just do the synthetic thing for that rear end gear. Doesnt get changed to often. Amsoil makes some, & it's not that expensive
