if all 4 are the same overall diameter as each other, there can be no glitch in the electronics, & if the same overall diameter is maintained as the stock wheel assembly there will be no change in mph... this doesn't narrow down all that much & this applies to all fx's from 03-10, there is nothing different about the 09-10's that wouldn't also apply to any earlier fx too. there are still many possible setups that would fit that criteria...
if you go with what's recommended by a retailer like tirerack or something, you will stay within safe perameters, but maybe not have as agressive a setup as possible really. are you going to lower? you say bigger, are you looking for 22's or larger? are you looking for off the shelf wheels or multi piece higher end wheels? look around there is tons of wheel information here, maybe you won't see too many examples of 09-10's, but anything you see here from any 03 & up fx pretty much applies to the 09-10's the same really, there is no significant difference other than the factory centered the wheels ~10mm difference in offset, otherwise the 09-10's are the same as the earlier ones in respect to wheels...
