Change power steering fluids

Do you ever change your power steering fluids??? When i change my transmission fluid they told me that i need to change it. I look on the manual and i can't find the schedule for that. I have 57000km and i just change the transfer case and transmission fluid.
 
You can change it if you want. It's really easy to do at home. The power steering fluid is automatic transmission fluid. You can use a turkey baster and suck it out. I used a Mity-Vac and sucked it out.
