CD changer doesnt work :?

Got problem. I cannot use the in-dash changer and cannot remove any CDs
(I hear the changer motor working )
Advice?

Goodwill warranty took care of my cd player for free, no questions asked. I have a 2003 with 78,000 miles, just had them replace it under goodwill at S. Bay Infiniti last week.

Known prob for 1st gens for sure. I'm on my third CD player and it is just now starting to act up ...again. CDs are about the only thing I ever listen to in the car.
