But you won't notice a real difference until the first 60 hours of running them. I recommend driving with the lights on in the day time to speed up the process.

Again, thanks for the reminder for me to purchase them. I also remember you mentioning the "break in" period. I will run them all the time to expedite that process.

They have only about an hour of illumination but they are brighter in the dark. Aaron says to expect about a 60 hour burn in, so I will update later. It will take me a while to hit 60 hours. So far, cannot complain.

Sure why not. Its a D2S 35W bulb. It will work on a 1st Gen!

I don't think that 50W will work on OEM Ballast.

No these aren't 50Watt bulbs they are 35watts. Osram doesn't make 50 watt bulbs.
Even if they did I wouldn't ever recommend using 50watts unless you want to melt the plastic housing or burn up the factory wiring.
