Car won’t start

Hi! I’m looking for any suggestions on why my car will not start- died suddenly. Battery is only one year old, key fabs have new batteries, the mechanic said it is not the starter and is having trouble finding diagnosis. Any suggestions for my 2015 Qx80?

Not much to go on, but when trying to start if it turns over, do you see your rpm register at all?
