When i try to start it, all lights go out and indicates a dead battery, i touch the jump starter to the battery for 5 seconds and battery is back, car starts and runs fine- not a jump start- NOTE.
What all did i do to check this -
1. I had the battery tested - brand new battery, showed up as good in tests.
2. Car usage was primarily a small trips, So figured it could be due to battery not getting charged enough so attached a trickle charger to the battery regularly over a week and every night- even then that week suddenly it showed dead battery.
What i found interesting is, I drove it 15 miles to a park, stopped car, opened trunk and removed cricket kit, put it outside, went back to start car and dead, so i reached for the jump start box and suddenly all power lights came on - and started fine.
3. Checked all the fuses- all good.
4. Dealership could not recreate it.
This is not a consistent issue- its random, mostly seems to happen when i am in a hurry
