Car hesitates and jerks from a complete stop!!

I have the same issue. I have a 2009 fx35 fully loaded with 63k. Car is gorgeous but here is my issue: When Im on the highway, I pick up speed but after 1st RPM it takes a while to pick up speed and it will like stall until I pass 2 rpm and then it will rev. In my 08 fx it picked up speed so much faster. Next, when I brake to stop, my vehicle will like jerk and push a little with the RPM declining and then jumping. I took it to infiniti because I have the power train warranty. They replaced throttle bodies and updated my transmission software but I have the same issue. Its really annoying. I made another appointment with infiniti. Any ideas what it might be? Also btw, some engine parts were replaced a few years back when an oil leak screwed up the engine. But they replaced everything.
 
Are you the original owner and have you always had these issues or did they just start?
