Can't Buy One WTF - What a Hot Car The FX35 Is

Hi Fellow FXers

Man, this car seems to be the all end Sport Utility vehicle. After a month into my search through Ebay, Cars.com, AutoTrader, Personal broker and with cash ready, I'm still FXless. Not many Private sellers, in fact 10 at most here and there and every other dealer is not looking to move these cars. These guys are offering $200-500 discounts and nothing more or less. I think this car is super solid and has a great resale value. It has gotten me super excited to buy it now, seeing the market for the car. Hopefully it stays this way and somehow I can buy one and keep for a while. Search is on... let me know if anyone has any good deals for a fair deal on a cash buyer.

07 FX35 AWD - Touring, Sport, Navi, Rear Cam & Tech Pack, Under 40K miles - Looking to be under 25K + Tax + Shipping.

Color Pref in order are: White, Silver, Gray, Black, Blue.
Color Pref Interior: Black, Red, Cin, Creme

That thing is cherry. You shouldve kept it. You have an engine shot? Was there any rust?

Thanks, I got more compliments on that car than any of my M3s and all those cars were moded fully. It was a east coast car, so some minor rust but tower's and major areas were clean.

good luck on finding the right FX...

I do suggest, since you were an M3 owner, to look for a 45... you will really like the power compared to the 35...

drawback would be that there are not any FI mods that you can do on it. But the 35 has allot more that you can play with, when it comes to tuning and FI.

Thank you very much. The FX35 AWD is for my mom. Personally I would had looked into the FX45 AWD my self, but the 35AWD should be sufficient for her use. I think the FX35's engine is pretty solid given it's used on 350Z,G35,MAXIMA etc... Looking for a trouble free engine and hopefully it delivers.

I'm looking for a 06M5 or CLS55 AMG for my self. Will fit me a lot better ;)

Thanks, nothing exciting this weekend. Hopefully TUES-FRID Auctions bring some nice cars at fair prices. We'll see... still looking :)
 
Its a 2007 but the window trim has already faded a lot.

the interior looks very clean for a wheat interior, which is hard to keep clean

the engine has been modified. It has a Stillen intake :) Nice extra bonus

Good eye, totally missed that. I'll see if I can use that to beat on the car indicating how it's been abused etc... lool. Any thoughts on price guys?

I have the wheat/tan interior and have no problems keeping it clean. I always hear people say that it's so tough to maintain... Never made much sense to me. I even use the FX as a work truck; lumber, tools, muddy boots.. the works. If anything the light color helps to hide the dust/dirt. My other car has a black leather interior that is a nightmare by comparison.
