Can you polish burnt exhaust tips

My Megan exhaust has burnt exhaust tips so I was wondering if you can polish them? People are telling me you can't cause it will ruin or possibly remove the blue burnt finish on the exhaust tips.

Any thoughts on this or recommendations??

I used eagle one never dull on my previous cars hks burnt titanium. It shined up but it did lighten it, then the heat blued it further. I believe Megan uses a simulated burnt titanium look on there's so it might remove it.

I just wipe them down with soap and water, I have the invidia with titanium burnt tips.

I have the Invidia with the burnt TI tips. I wondered about the same thing so I just used soap and water and apply a thin layer of wax.

Neverdull won't mess up the Ti (didn't mess my MotorDyne ones up) -- just make sure you do it WHEN THEY ARE COLD - and do it lightly just to get the heavy grime. Then some metal polish

I wouldn't polish them. I have burnt tips on my Invidia and there are some spots I can see the finish coming off. It's more of an anodizing than actual burnt. That makes since considering you can only burn titanium.

If all else fails and if you do need up removing the finish, there is a simple diy somewhere online to redo a burnt look finish. I believe you take this certain liquid and apply it and burn it with a torch. GL
