I spoke to Mark from KIDO and he told me to try 3mm preload so that's what im going to try now hopefully it will work.

What were you running before? 5mm?

I was running 6mm although 3mm that Mark suggested did improve the car a lot I still get a bit of that clunking noise when turning the wheel.

Hi chedman,
Its definitly the front suspension its really hard to see but my mechanic looked and saw the drivers side spring rotates when you steer which is normal while the passengers side clunks as its trying to turn but cant. Making that noise and feeling in the steering wheel.

Sounds like the pillow ball mount seized. Can you take a video of it? Most likely it will needed for Kido send a replacement.
