If the FX was somehow totaled, and insurance reimbursed - id prob shop around for another car other than the first gen fx35 just for the sake of trying other things. Possible choices would be... CPO 2G FX35 (White), Cayenne S :wub:, or something M/AMG
Now if i was looking for a new vehicle, probably not then. Would most likely keep the FX as a DD/family car and find a 2 dr sportscar for the weekend ;-)

If my FX was somehow totaled, I'd buy either another 2nd gen FX35, or a new M56s fully loaded. Either way in about 2-3 years I'm definitely buying an Infiniti M56s whether or not. And I'm keeping my current 2nd gen FX

Well. Since my dad owns three fx's. I think it's safe to say he loves them. If we to wreck one. He'd just buy another lol.

If something happened, like an accident or theft, then I would get an '06+ FX45 Autumn Copper with Brick. Now if I sold it, then that would mean I have more money, so I would get an '12 FX50S Mojave Copper with Expresso.

Yes, I would move up to an FX50S. What I REALLY want is an FX50S and a new QX56.
Reality is my next car will probably be a QX just for more space. But if I can have two cars, another FX will absolutely be in the garage.

That's why you buy 1-2 years old with low mileage...save $20,000! :eek.:
The FX, IMO, while a great car, is not worth almost $70k. Even $55k with the FX45 was really pushing the limits.

Yes, I would buy a new fx. I must admit though, I would be tempted by the cayeene.
