BullyDog support for tons of Nissan/Infiniti models, including the QX70!

I just received an email from BullyDog announcing a lot of Nissan and Infiniti vehicle support for the Platinum Gas Tuner! I've been waiting for this! I am attaching a screenshot of the list of newly supported models that was in the email.


I haven't read in depth about this, but I'm hoping it will allow me to make the throttle control a lot more immediate.
 
Lots of interest here, I see...:-(. Anything to get my throttle response faster, as the QX70 is slow to downshift when accelerating.

I actually started looking into this last night, I used to use one in my previous vehicle and it is well worth the money.
 
Did it improve throttle response? Their website doesn't have any specific info on what "applications" thy are supporting for the QX70.

On my previous vehicle, 2007 Xterra with 4.0L V6 engine, I used a BullyDog, a Hypertech, and a Superchips and they all worked great, at the end, I had the truck professionally dyno-tuned with Osiris UpRev.

From a pre-programmed tunner chip, the one I liked the most was the hypertech, their mapping was the most aggresive of the three. But none of them compare to UpRev.

I dont know how the bullydog mapping is with the FX, but for the price of it new (~$500) I would go with the dyno-tuned UpRev, unless you are able to find a Bullydog used in the $200 mark to be worth the difference in price.

They have a brand new version coming out that is showcased in their website, but it's been showcased for nearly a year with no ETA in sight.

Sadly, for the QX70, there are no custom tuning options in the Seattle area. Maybe I'm stuck with manual.
