Brakes

So i just got my 2005 fx45 last week and on a second day i notice a bit of smoke coming from my front left wheel for about 3 stops and now it makes noise if i press the the pedal gentle . The dealership i got this car from did the whole inspection of the car and brakes was one thing that was done to a car.
They changed front rotor and pad left hand side and both pads at the rear. Could this smoke and noise be from the new pads and it needs a bit of time to break in or this is a bad news??:k:
Also on my maintenance menu it says the car needs tire rotation which i dont really understand..

Id just take it to the dealership and tell the all this stuff is wrong especially if they just changed it. Aslong as your still under warranty which you are id take it to them and not worry about it!
