brake warning light/and shimmering

I just purchased a 2005 fx35 with 110k miles. I noticed the brake warning light comes on after accelerating past 60 mph on the freeway. (Usually after a distance traveled of 3+miles @60+ mph)The steering column also shimmies @ 60 mph. I have always liked the beauty of the fx and am very excited about finally owning one. I would appreciate any advice on how to help resolve these 2 issues.

Try using an abs code reader on it. Can't hurt and check the tire balancing.
 
Tire pressure sensor

Thank you m860. Not only am I a newbie, I am an idiot as well. The warning light is actually the tire pressure sensor. and not the brake warning light. I had tire pressure checked and was told that it was ok. The light still comes on and the steering wheel still shimmers @app 60 mph +
