Brake Problems?

Well I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct spot, but hopefully I can get some help. I have had my 06 fx35 for a couple of weeks now and have recently noticed one thing with the brakes. When i step on the brakes ONLY when going about 60mph or more, I feel a pulsating feeling in the foot pedals. It is not a constant grind like a bad rotor. It feels like it is in one spot on the wheel or bake, and makes contact at each revolution. It almost feels similar to antilock breaks on ice. The noise/feeling is really hard to describe, and like I said, it only does it at high speeds. To me:tongue: it does not feel normal, any help would be great!

OK thanks. The dealership I bought it from is going to look at it again tuesday, but last time they said nothing was wrong. It will be nice to have something to tell them to look for.

U need new rotors especially since it happens only when braking. If your steering wheel is shaking its probably the fronts for sure if not the rears.

It feels like it is absolutely coming from the front.....should I get all 4 rotors? I am quite sure the dealership will cover the repair, especially since I questioned the condition of my rotors before i bought it.

Eventually when I get my wheels i was going to get red calipers with drilled rotors. Would I be best off doing this now? How expensive are they? any suggestions on brand/sources?

We have Stoptech and DBA drilled, slotted and blank rotors in stock. PM me for more details.

If the dealership will pay for aftermarket parts, by all means get the drilled/slotted rotors. Won't do anything for performance, but they do look cool. They're not expensive for the FX35.

I just got back from the dealership, and they said they drove it and tested the rotors and nothing is wrong.....said they felt nothing while driving it. As soon as I tested it out on the way home, I felt it pulsate again. The dealer offered to re-surface the rotors, will this solve the problem?

Resurfacing the rotors should solve it, but they can only be machined once before they should be replaced. If they are going to do it no charge then go for it.
